Mr. Manas Dash is a Chartered Accountant having experience of more than eight years in urban development & Accounting. He has the experience of implementing Double Entry Accounting System in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. He has undertaken filed level survey for developing citizen report card, input to city development plan and stakeholders analysis.
He is Currently supports Ring Fence the Water and Sanitation Services of Bhubaneswar in Public Health Directorate, H&UD Department, Govt. Of Orissa.
His specialization focuses on Municipal Finance, Credit Rating, Public Private Partnership, Accounting and citizens’ survey. He also delivers regular lectures at various training programmes on areas of Double Entry Accounting systems for Municipal Bodies.
